This Bread knife forms part of the Kai Shun Classic collection of authentic Japanese kitchen knives. Ideal for slicing bread, baguettes, rolls and other baked goods. Featuring a double-sided blade ensuring you are able to slice through hard crusts with ease. Each knife in the series has been created using high-performance VG-MAX steel at Rockwell 60-61 with a double-bevel blade angled at 16 providing excellent edge retention and cutting performance.
